We help with daily tasks such as personal care, cooking, cleaning, daily living tasks, and medication management, with individualised care plan tailored to your particular needs and goals.

Our Community Programs are designed to support participants to interact, be involved and thrive within the community they call home. Whether it is a walk by the beach or a game of UNO, there is never a dull moment with our team as we continue to ensure that our determined clients live a fulfilling life in line with their capability and skills.

Day Option

Day Option is a supportive community program designed to help individuals build confidence, connect with others, and enjoy meaningful activities in a safe and welcoming environment. Through planned outings, life skill activities, and social engagement, participants are encouraged to develop independence while having fun and forming genuine connections.

Social Skills

Social Skills Support is designed to help individuals build confidence in social settings, improve communication, and develop meaningful relationships. Through guided activities, role-playing, and real-world interactions, participants learn how to express themselves, understand social cues, and engage more comfortably with others in everyday situations.
